Mixed Quarter, Half or whole cow  6.50/lb

Beef mixed quarters 1/2 front, 1/2 Hind

Mixed Quarter approx 200-250lbs

8 ribeyes 

8 t-bone

3 sirloin 

2 sirloin tip

2 round roasts or 4 steaks 

1 rump roast 

1 eye of round 

4 skirt steaks 

Half flank steak 

4 shank cut at 1.5 inch 

8 braising ribs 

3 blade steaks or one roast 

1 shoulder roast

Half brisket.

30-50lbs Ground Beef

Soup bones if wanted.

Breakfast sausage ( extra charge of 1.20)

Garlic sausage.

Only one variety per pig if keeping hams. Can also do ground pork instead of sausage.
